America Witnesses the Downfall of “Obama”

Yes, America, you are watching while Washington attempts to right itself and Obama self-destructs. What does a country and its citizens do as their nation continues to decline in power, financial stability and security of its people? We at Stand Up America shout aloud that we the people must stay strong and help right the national ship.

The Declaration of Independence states:

“To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

The ship has been righted to some degree by the November elections but so much more needs to be done.

We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism and global government initiatives. In our opinion, President Obama, his appointees and his czars must be replaced immediately.

This is the current battle that we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts. Obama will continue to by pass Congress in his progressive agenda and issue extensive Executive Orders. Congress, you must stand tall for the American people and enjoin the Supreme Court to halt Executive branch violations of law and the Constitution.

Incompetence, corruption and Dishonesty of officials now come into play as relates to our National Security and Economy and is the rationale for resignations and a change of government. My emphasis in this article will be a continued plea for Americans to Demand Resignation of these officials by the people of this country.

We are at a point that if Demand Resignations and a new Congressional make up do change the direction of the country then we must proceed to Impeachment and a serious transfer of Power at the highest levels of government. Obama’s eligibility to be President must be totally vetted to confirm his legitimacy.

Lincoln issued this warning in his inaugural address:

“Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one. This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world.”

Being a representative republic, not a democracy, and “rising up” means other than revolution by use of arms. The people must “rise up” (Stand Up as we say now) from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations. We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power…resignation, elections, and impeachment.

The oath is simple and reads:

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.

The Articles of Confederation were replaced with the Constitution, which granted the federal government enough authority to cultivate, promote and secure the Blessings of Liberty. The balance of authority and individual liberty was understood. Power was confined to that which was enumerated in the Constitution with a certain and meaningful intent for check and balances.

Article One, S5, CII and the 10th Amendment provides the authority but this has been trumped by a system that rewards the powerful. In 1803 each congressional district averaged 38,476 people. In 2010 it is forecast to exceed 710,000. These numbers indicate power growth, and it effectively grew eight fold in the 20th century alone. No wonder our representatives seek to stay in office so long.

Power, money and benefits beyond the reach of most Americans are the basis now for many politicians and revolving door appointees staying in office. They must be termed out. With incumbency comes power. The party in the majority assigns power, so a long-term sitting representative can expect such power. A representative expected to stay in office in the 3rd Congress for approximately two years now expects 12 years, or 6 terms – so much for a “citizen government.”

But this can be changed through grass roots organization and discourse. We must make it a local imperative and movement….of the People…by the People… and for the People.

“We, the People” have had enough.
Enough is Enough.

The Obama White House and identifiable Members of Congress are now on a progressive socialist and treasonous death march and are bankrupting the country beyond expectations. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office. “We, the People” cannot necessarily wait for the next round of elections. It is now that many of these public servants (and you know who they are) must put the people and country interests above self-interest by resigning immediately.

A civil uprising is still not out of the question as “pain” grips the country more each day. I am confident resignations will be forthcoming based on the efforts of the people. The 2010 vote is critical. This means raising your voice now to your neighbors, family, co-workers, and friends. Grass roots efforts have begun; it is now time to put this effort into over drive. America, stand tall together and we will weather the storm but we must act now!

The wolves have surrounded Obama from all sides. George Soros has openly declared his disapproval of his hand picked puppet. The "Insider" articles are deliberately being leaked. There's been hints dropped ("Obama becoming unhinged--etc.") on more than one news net work. Obama's enemies are as rapidly increasing in numbers as fast as his failures on the domestic and foreign fronts. I speculate just about all the documentary evidence about his birth, education and other lies and activities--Donald Young etc. have been collected along with many people who are willing to blab for a price. There is a "lame duck" Congress which is in its last gasp. In less than 8 weeks a powerful anti-Obama Congress begins. Strange contrails were seen across the California sky believed by many to have been caused by a Chinese missile.

There is no doubt in my mind that slime ball Soros has bought and owned the Dems for the past several years in preparation for his stealing America to convert into a Fascist country. Now that Obama has failed his puppet master king, Georgy boy has no choice but to take him down--before the "unhinged broken puppet" does any more damage to Georgy's neat little Democratic army. Soros is so upset with the empty suit, he made a strategical blunder by coming out from the shadows and becoming public. That is already beginning to backfire on the first narcissist of the world--Soros.

The Kerchner case is set for hearing this November 23, 2010--just before our great holiday of Thanks. We are all praying they will render a decision to give America cause for Thanks and Rejoicing. Coincidentally and/or simultaneously Obama is out of the country. This gives the master criminals the time to get it all organized. Though we hope and pray the Supreme's will rule in agreement with the Constitution's NBC clause, it may make little difference to Obama's vulnerable position how the dishonorables rule at this time. It appears the empty suit has no way out. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Who knows what is going to come of that but we all have high hopes for some "hope and change."

According to the “insider articles”, Mr. Anonymous said it loud and clear—“if the scandal breaks, it will kick Obama all the way down to the curb.” The stage is being set. My best guess is that the strategic details are already being put into place as to how, when, and where to remove the empty suit with the least amount of damages to the guilty holy high challengers. At this stage, I can only imagine they are throwing “ca ca” at each other in heated debate over how the left over pie will be cut. Among these players I SUSPECT are the Clintons, Biden, Pelosi, stinking Soros, and a few we don't know. Let none of us ever forget when Soros paid for part of the cost of Chelsea Clinton’s wedding and Obama was not invited.

Though I can't put the Kerchner case into the puzzle as clearly as I would like to, I feel it just may be the final chapter of the reign of the empty suit. There are too many wolves with the taste of blood on their tongues circling around a weakened prey.
