Yesterday evening I watched Bill O’Reilly discuss with an attorney heading up a movement to have Lou Dobbs fired from his job because Lou brought up the birth certificate issue. (What a pity there are so many insecure people will do any thing to any one who dare even mentions that Obama might be a fake?) O’Reilly was defending Lou Dobbs to the idiot attorney. Then he said it loud and clear. These are not his exact words–but as close as I can remember.”

” I understand there are a lot of people who can’t accept a black president and are trying to stir up this issue of citizenship. The issue of Obama’s birth place came up months ago. We looked into it. We saw documents that said He was born in Hawaii. I believe Obama is a citizen. I have no problem with that. . .” and he dismissed the millions of people, 100’s of law suits, and volumes of information with the wave of a contemptuous hand.

He conveniently forgot that Obama couldn’t even get a secret service clearance because of his lack of documentation. He forgot to mention Obama has totally refused to produce a single document that has been requested in the law suits. The average person couldn’t even get a driver’s license with out a birth certificate. I felt the blood “shoot out of my eyes”.

This morning I read that smug, convoluted brief by the defendants in the Kerchner case. I for the second time saw the mangling, distortion, and abuse of our sacred language against right and in defense of evil. It will be interesting to see if this judge has been bought off like the rest of the hypocrites.

Of all the monster movies I have ever seen, I have never seen one that has come even close to the monster disguised as government “for your own good” as what America now has. The government of America is a citizen destroying monster. From now on when I refer to the government, it will be called “The Monster.” The only way the victim/citizens will ever defeat this monster is with a unanimous identification and acknowledgement of the problem. The horror of all this is the large number of mindless citizens who not only fail to recognize the problem, they actually support it. O’Reilly is one of those supporters!

The look and tone of Bill O’Reilly stayed in my head long after the program was over. It bothered me that he felt the issue was over some citizen’s inability to accept a black man as president. He couldn’t be more off base. It isn’t about race. It is entirely and everything about the rule of the Constitution. Either follow it as the rule of our law or we live under tyranny!

I saw something in him and needed to identify it. He was so glib and smug when he made that statement. Here is a man in a powerful position who is consciously and deliberately betraying America by supporting Obama’s lie and demeaning those who challenge it. Last night I lost what little respect I had for him.

What documents did O’Reilly see that convinced him Obama was born in Hawaii? If he saw something the rest of us have not, share it with us. Why is he holding out? Were they the same old forged COLB?

Why does O’Reilly close all doors about the vital information of Kerchner vs. Obama, Major Cook’s recent victory in GA, the long dirty list of lies, contradictions, and the NBC definition in Article 2 of the Constitution, along with Obama’s many ssn, forged draft documents, his lock up of all his pertinent school records, the $1,000,000 + Obama has spent defending the law suits, and most of all Obama’s blatant refuseful to produce one document plaintiff’s have been requesting in courts?

Whether or not Obama is a citizen is almost insignificant compared with the story of what Obama and his machine are doing to prevent the facts from coming forward. They lie. They obfuscate. They intimidate, bribe, or . . . others to either lie, shut up, or attack their challengers. This reads as well or better than any James Bond novel. It is a fantastic story. The great Obama cover up! Fox news is simply ignoring it? If O’Reilly were truly “looking out for us”, Mr. O’Reilly would be interested enough in all the legal and other shenanigans over this issue. This is news! The actions are suspicious enough in themselves. They should be reported to the public. He and Fox news appear to be oblivious to all that. They totally ignore the fantastic war between patriots who are responsible enough to demand the facts and Obama who is refusing top say a word. They pretend every thing is absolutely correct about Obama.

If O’Reilly did a total and complete in depth report on this along with interviewing Mr. Apuzzo, Dr. Taitz, Mr., Berg, Joseph Farah, Allan Keyes, Lt. Fitzpatrick, Major Cook, and more and then made his that statement in his usual pompous, arrogant and condescending way–I might disagree, but at least I would have felt he did his home work and isn’t talking like a man with a paper annus.

What I finally realized, is that Bill O’Reilly is a two faced SOPHIST (Look that up Mr. O’Reilly) who is nothing more than a glorified entertainer for sale to the highest bidder. He is so full of himself; he fails to recognize he is as transparent as plastic. What comes out of him is nothing more than astral puke. I am beginning to suspect O’Reilly might be a member of NWO, the Trilateral, or something just as awful. One thing I know for certain–he is not looking out for us.

Bottom line–boycott Fox news. If you are too addicted, at least take what they say with a grain of salt. If you really want to express yourself, inundate them with your dissatisfaction over the way they are handling this vital issue. Either Fox news is a stand up and ethical company or it is in bed with Obama! My guess is they have been bought and are kept by the Obama money supporters.

As President Clinton’s campaign mouthpiece James Carville put it so succinctly in the 1990s, “It’s the economy, stupid!” It was true then, it is true now. People may be temporarily seduced by intriguing figures and rosy promises but, bottom line, they still have to support their families and pay their bills. When the novelty of this or that politician has worn off and his or her pie-in-the-sky promises prove just so many hollow words, reality sets in.

I am no economy expert, except for seeing every day that Americans are both depressed and terrified about their rapidly devolving savings and the inflation that has already hit them at the supermarket. The other day, I was visiting my mother in the nursing home she has lived in for the past several years, where at least 75 percent of the employees are African-Americans who heartily voted for Obama. This was a conversation I heard in the elevator.

He: how are you doing?

She: Another day, another dollar.

He: Hey, for me it’s another day, another fifty cents.

She: Me, too. I’m down to one meal a day!

As I said, I’m not an expert on the economy person, so I will cite those who are, with lots of bullets to emphasize the horror—and Buyer’s Remorse—that Americans are now waking up to as they realize that the hope-and-change candidate they voted for in November is just another Socialist-cum-Marxist-cum-Communist whose regime (it’s certainly not an administration) threatens to transform America into yet another failed and impoverished Banana Republic.

He has funded a Gestapo-like mob of ACORN brown shirts who intimidate everyone.
He has given an equity interest in General Motors to an unsecured UAW debtor as a political payoff.
He has hired over 30 Czars to run the country without them being vetted by Congress.
He has militated against U.S. energy independence by refusing to increase domestic oil drilling in ANWR and offshore and build nuclear plants, but stood by his “addiction” to ethanol, which has caused corn shortages that precipitated starvation in the Third World.
He has used Democrat-controlled media and academia to silence his critics.

As everyone now knows, unemployment is still surging, with many states reporting up to 15 percent to 20 percent of people out of work; consumer confidence is plunging even further; and loan losses are exploding.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Obama’s Cap & Tax Bill—which will cost every family $3000/year and force jobs to go to China and India—promises that every American will be TAXED every time they flush their toilets, turn on the lights in their homes, open their refrigerators, and drive their cars—that is the short list! In other words, every single activity of daily living will be monitored electronically for “usage” and then taxed to the hilt. Why? Because the way Socialism works is to tax people to such a Draconian extent that they can no longer afford to “make it: on their own and so must be “taken care of” by Big Government. Yes, the same government that has brought us the utterly FAILED Post Office, Medicare, Medicaid, and Motor Vehicle systems, to name but a few Big Brother debacles.

Then there is the centerpiece of Obama’s Socialist dream, to “transform” our healthcare system, the better to “serve” the more-than 300-million people who live in America—including multi-millions of illegal aliens, felons, and other multi-millions who can afford health insurance but “choose” not to buy it.

In his prime-time news conference on July 22—in between trashing the “stupid” Cambridge police department for doing their jobs—Obama admitted that he hadn’t read the House version of the healthcare bill. Then he had the nerve to describe a three-card-Monte scheme to pay for it, all the while repeating the urgency of whacking the American people with another $1.5 trillion in debt.

As writer and author Larry Schweikart has chillingly documented, Obama’s monstrous “healthcare” Bill includes, among hundreds of other horrors:

Page 22: A mandate for the Government to audit the books of all employers that self insure.

Why rationing? Betsy McCaughey, former lieutenant governor of New York State, explains that the “$1 trillion to $1.6 trillion health bill, with new taxes and a $500 billion cut to Medicare, will come just as baby boomers turn 65 and increase Medicare enrollment by 30 percent. Less money and more patients will necessitate rationing.” It’s an “assault against seniors,” she says.
After reading the 1,018-page Obama-Pelosi-Reid Bill, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Dave Janda wrote, “it should be clear that the same warning notice must be placed on The ObamaCare Plan as on a pack of cigarettes:¬†Consuming this product will be hazardous to your health.”

“if you are over 65.” Dr. Janda continues, “or have been recently diagnosed as having an advanced form of cardiac disease¬†or aggressive cancer.....dream on if you think you will get treated. Pick out your coffin. After¬†each American turns 65 years of age they have to go to a mandated counseling program that is designed to end life sooner.”

THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY
As the Executive Director of Traditional Family Coalition, Andrea Lafferty said, “It took President Obama six months to pick a dog for the White House, but he wants Congress to pass a massive health care reform bill in two weeks! This is insane.”

But why the escalating opposition to Obama’s grand vision? Well, for one thing, Americans are a very smart people, notwithstanding an occasional lapse into a Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama. They “get” the scam of socialized medicine, they see people from Canada and France (in fact from all over the world) flocking to our shores for treatments that they can’t get in their “progressive” systems. And then there is the sticky reality of the non-partisan, putatively objective Congressional Budget Office, whose director Douglas Elmendorf said last week that the White House’s health-care proposals would result in a “net increase in the federal budget deficit of $239 billion” over 10 years.

Forthwith, Obama “invited” Mr. Elmendorf to the White House, clearly not for tea and crumpets! Can you just imagine the tongue-lashing this watchdog received, or the threats? It remains to be seen how objective Mr. Elmendorf remains in the coming days and weeks.

Historian Victor Davis Hanson puts it this way:

There is a growing collective recognition that things simply do not work the way Obama thinks they do. They may in the hothouse at Harvard Law School or in the charade of Chicago politics, or among young, hip bloggers right out of Yale, but not necessarily in the larger American landscape or the real world abroad.

The American people sense this. They assume that what goes up must come down… Americans are waking up to the fact that their president says, promises, and does things that simply do not make sense…

And as an article in Reuters stated about Obama’s stimulus package:

ACCORDING TO PLAN
Vice President Joe Biden recently admitted that all the “experts” Americans entrusted with their money “misread how bad the economy was.” Leftists like Biden have only a one-solution strategy for the problems they create: throw more money at it! Sure enough, Congressman Steny Hoyer, the second-ranking Democrat in the House, suggested that a second “Stimulus” package may be coming!

But the dirty little secret liberals take great pains to conceal is that their massive spending and taxing is all part of the Left’s grand plan to bring big bad America to its knees, annihilate free-market capitalism, widely expand the role of government, and tax people into economic oblivion --all to fulfill their childlike, utopian goal (1) leveling the playing field to the lowest common denominator, and (2) exerting total control over the masses they consider so stupid.

In the last six months, they’ve seen the light of Socialism at the end of the democracy tunnel they’ve loathed for decades. But they’re not there yet! Americans have now caught on to the scammers and their thug tactics and are pushing back hard.

Note to Obama & Company: We’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore!

Doesn’t this demonstrate Chicago politics at its finest. Why on earth would any bright attorney think for one second Eric Holder, the pimp, would prosecute Obama for any crime. Eric Holder was choosen for his ability to follow Obama machine orders.

This is how dictatorships work. They invent laws agaisnt the public as they go along, and they don’t have to obey any law. They are above the law. This is the best example we have in the difference between a Republic and a dictatorship. What does this tell us about the mentality of Obama worshipers?

Now poor Phil will have more tedious expensive work ahead of him. He must charge Eric Holder with the many crimes Holder committed in refusing to prosecute Obama along with collusion. The reality is–Orly has filed various papers, too (I think a quo warrento) with Holder and of course–nothing every came of it. So have others. It is clear to see that the law stops working with Eric Holder.

The only good item about this shameful mess is Berg has a formal document against Eric Holder. This is a powerful indictment against Holder’s lawlessness and refusal to do his duty under American law. It asks–if Holder refuses to obey American law–then what law is he obeying?
This demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is a goverment of tyrants.

It is one thing to protect the President’s life when considered in danger. It is quite another thing to permit the President to violate any law he chooses. That means, not one American life is safe when Obama decides to retaliate against his real or imagined enemies. “I see the future, and brother, it is murder.”

Eric Holder along with Axelrod, Emanuel, and his entire mahine must go. They think they are so clever and fooling the intelligent American. They are not. They simply are “king or the castle and were the dirty rascals.” Kings have been toppled in the past, and so will they.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

As tough as it is to admit it, Hillary Rodham Clinton got one right when she tried to warn America that Barack Obama was an inexperienced, naive poser without any achievement to his credit.

As reported by the LA Times, in part, during the heat of the 2008 campaign:


"I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. Sen. John McCain has a lifetime of experience that he’d bring to the White House. And Sen. Obama has a speech he gave in 2002.”

Zing! A good dagger to the heart by one tough old broad!

Not that it mattered in the end, though.

With the so-called fourth estate dominated by goons more concerned about “thrills” running up and down their legs than substantive issues, Obama fooled the masses with gooey-eyed double talk about CHANGE and HOPE and other empty promises, even though the One did not, and still does not, have a clue about the issues.

The unwashed masses fell in love with this bright and silver-tongued man of color who, if elected, would make your car and mortgage payments for you, provide free health care for everyone, and end partisan squabbling.

He would deal with Iran, North Korea, Al-Qaeda and other avowed enemies of America by simply talking nice to them.

He would solve the energy crisis by reminding everyone to check the air pressure in his or her tires.

He would declare all of America a “nuclear-free” zone which would immediately end the threat of nuclear war and eliminate the need for all of those silly missile shields that Republicans kept pushing to keep their pals in the defense industry rich and happy.

Weakest, least able, and least pro-American presidency in our history
He would heal the racial divide in America by taking actions to atone for slavery, Jack Crow laws, discrimination and all other bad things done to African Americans over the past 400 years, within six months.

Nearly six months into the weakest, least able, and least pro-American presidency in our history, Barack Hussein Obama remains a man without achievement.

The only CHANGE he has managed is to the US dollar which, after months of Obamanomics, has been downgraded to change!

Thank goodness, the people are starting to wake up, as in Ohio where Obama’s approval rating has slipped to 49 percent.

A counter-revolution is in the air.

The people have pretty much had it, and will soon demand CHANGE in the Oval Office and in the halls of Congress presently clogged with lefty nut balls like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Hang on patriots! This too will pass.

(Washington, DC – 07/02/2009) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama's lack of Constitutional "qualifications/eligibility" to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending in Federal Court, Berg vs. Obama [Third Circuit Court of Appeals No. 08 – 4340]; this case - Berg as Relator v. Obama; [U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia No. 08-cv-01933]; and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al [U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, No. 09-5080]; announced today that he filed a Motion for Reconsideration in the Qui Tam [False Claims Act] Case filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia as United States Attorney General Eric Holder and his Office have a Conflict-of-Interest and inasmuch violated both the Federal Regulations as well as Federal Criminal Codes. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, his Office, his Staff and the United States Department of Justice are required to uphold and ensure our laws; the laws of the United States are upheld and enforced.

Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution states:

“The Constitution entrusts the Executive with duty to take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

Berg said, “The request of the Government to Dismiss his Qui Tam action against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama is in clear violation of the U.S. Attorney General’s duties pursuant to Article II, Section 3 and should ‘NOT’ be allowed”.
Berg continues, “I furnished the Government and the Court with the information as to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name, which is Barry Soetoro and his citizenship status as Indonesian; I furnished sworn Affidavits showing Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombosa, Kenya; I presented evidence that the Certification of Live Birth [COLB] presented on the internet by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama has been deemed a forged and altered document; I presented evidence that the birth announcement filed in the Hawaiian newspapers regarding Barack H. Obama on or about August 13, 1961 could not be verified; I presented evidence Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama never resided in the address on the birth announcement; and I raised the genuine issues pertaining to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s college records wherein Berg is informed, believes and therefore alleges Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama attended Occidental College in California and Columbia University in New York and Harvard Law School as a foreign student. None of which have been refuted by the Government”.
“Instead of investigating the true issues, the Government through the United States Attorney General Eric Holder, his staff and the United States Department of Justice, who U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder also over-sees moved to Dismiss the Qui Tam action instead of upholding our United States Constitution and the very laws stated to protect “we the people” from any individual usurping the Office of the President of the United States”.
Berg’s Qui Tam was regarding the U.S. Senator Position from Illinois held by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama and the salary and benefits Obama drew based on fraudulent claims. This is a very unique situation as Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama is now our acting President of the United States. President Obama appointed Eric Holder for the position of the United States Attorney General and Mr. Holder reports directly to President Obama. This creates a huge Conflict-of-Interest with anyone from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Office having any association with the Qui Tam matter against, now, President Obama.
There are Federal Statutory prohibitions and related regulations addressing Conflicts-of-Interest on the part of present officers or employees of the Federal (and in some instances of the District of Columbia) government.
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 5 CFR § 2635, et seq. and 5 CFR § 2640, et seq. governs Governmental Employees, including U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and his staff.

5 CFR § 2635.101 states in pertinent part, “ (a) Public service is a public trust. Each employee has a responsibility to the United States Government and its citizens to place loyalty to the Constitution, laws and ethical principles above private gain.

In addition to the standards of ethical conduct set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, there are Conflict-of-Interest statutes that prohibit certain conduct. Criminal Conflict-of-Interest statutes of general applicability to all employees, 18 U.S.C. §§ 201, 203, 205, 208, and 209, are summarized in the appropriate subparts located in these chapters and must be taken into consideration in determining whether conduct is proper.
As to the restrictions on Conflicts-of-Interest during government service, only Section 208 is illuminated by formal regulations, which are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

5 CFR. § 2640.103 “Prohibition” states:
“(a) Statutory prohibition. Unless permitted by 18 U.S.C. 208(b) (1)–(4), an employee is prohibited by 18 U.S.C. 208(a) from participating personally and substantially in an official capacity in any particular matter in which, to his knowledge, he or any other person specified in the statute has a financial interest, if the particular matter will have a direct and predictable effect on that interest. The restrictions of 18 U.S.C. 208 are described more fully in 5 CFR 2635.401 and 2635.402.

Berg stated, “U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has a financial interest as does his staff as they draw their income from the Government who is over-seen by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama”.
“Eric Holder joined President Obama’s presidential campaign as senior legal advisor and also served as one of three [3] members on Obama’s vice-presidential selection committee. In December 2008, then President-elect, Obama asked Eric Holder to serve in his cabinet as the U.S. Attorney General. Mr. Holder was appointed by President Obama and now serves as the United States Attorney General; is the head of the United States Department of Justice and United States Attorney General’s Office. Eric Holder is paid by the United States Government and reports directly to President Obama. Eric Holder has a direct financial interest in that he draws a salary based on his position as United States Attorney General. This Conflict-of-Interest goes beyond financial. The United States Attorney General is the Chief Law enforcement officer of the Federal Government and represents the United States in legal matters and gives advice and opinions to the President of the United States”.
Conflicts-of-Interest include but are not limited to a financial interest; a personal interest; improper business practices; etc. Berg continued, “It is clear U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and the staff in which he supervises have a huge Conflict-of-Interest as they have financial interests as well as personal interests which limits them from doing their job as required pursuant to the United States Constitution and therefore, Attorney General Eric Holder should recuse himself and/or designate Relator Philip J. Berg to proceed.
Berg concluded, "I am not giving up and am continuing my legal fight to prove Obama is not constitutionally qualified/eligible to be President of the United States. I am proceeding for the 305 + million people in 'our' U.S.A., for 'our' forefathers and for the 1.5 million men and women that have died defending our Constitution in the many wars over the years and the 1.5 million men and women who were injured in those wars,"
